Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All standard orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday).
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days — Cost: $7.00
Express Shipping: 1 business days — Cost: $15.00
International Shipping
We currently only ship within Canada.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team a shop@ofsl.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier. However, once an order leaves our facility, the shipping carrier handles the delivery. OFSL is not liable for any issues caused by third-party carriers, such as delays, damaged items, lost or stolen packages, etc.
